Congratulations, you are almost there.
This is the last one in the series of five. You see there are five basic major open chords - and remember this is where we come from. A sound first principle.
The notes fretted on the D G and B strings stay the same. Become aware of this bunch of strings as you practice alternating between chord shapes. This is what slide guitarist go for when not in open tuning.
Tip:
When changing between chords become aware of your body. Your elbow, shoulder and wrist. Your head, neck and posture. Your balance. Are you clutching or hanging on to anything, any tension. Relax your gaze. Don't stare like a bunny in the spotlight, calm observation is what you are after.
So from here the cycle starts again, like snakes and ladders!
